By accessing and using the Almonx website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Products & Pricing
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to verification and approval. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order until the items have been shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15.00 for domestic orders. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Almonx is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Certain items such as underwear, socks, and swimwear are final sale. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Almonx or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The "Almonx" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Almonx.
8. User Accounts
You are required to create an account to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Almonx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
Almonx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
